EMR bootstrap actions

EMR bootstrap actions 是储存在 Amazon S3 的 shell 脚本，Amazon EMR 会在你集群的每个节点上执行。Bootstrap actions 在默认情况下执行 hadoop 用户。如果你使用 sudo，他们会以 root 权限执行。
